Oil Extractor is a powerful, alkaline-solvent based oil spot cleaner with an advanced biodegradable formula that dissolves, encapsulates, and removes petroleum and food based oil and grease particles from the substrate. Oil Extractor’s Clean Rinse Technology rinses away quickly with a high or low pressure washer. Oil Extractor’s biodegradable and environmentally friendly phosphate-free formula replaces several types of harsh acid cleaners.
Suitable Surfaces
Ideal for concrete and clay pavers, concrete flat work and retaining walls. Can also be used on manufactured and natural stone, concrete block, and wet cast products. Works on both horizontal and vertical applications. Not for use on asphalt.
Oil Extractor is compatible with all Surebond Sealers with proper dwell time and application. Misuse may cause damage to the sealer. A test area is always recommended to determine product suitability and compatibility with your specific surface before use and also if desired results are achievable.

Coverage rates will vary from 25 – 60 sf per quart depending on the surface porosity, texture, severity of staining, application method and other local conditions. Coverage based on single treatment. Some applications may require additional treatments.
Surface & Air Temperatures
Excessively high or low temperatures will produce poor results. Best cleaning results are obtained when air and surface temperatures are 40° F or above. Do not clean when temperatures are below freezing or will be overnight. If freezing conditions exist, allow adequate time for surface to thaw. If air temperatures exceed 90° F, flash cool the surface with water before applying product. Do not allow product to dry on a hot surface.
Preparation
Sweep and remove all loose soil and debris from the surface. Protect adjacent and surrounding surfaces not intended to be cleaned. Before using Oil Extractor, test on a small, inconspicuous area to determine the suitability, dilution and correct dwell time of this product for your surface. Allow test areas to dry thoroughly before evaluating final appearance and results.
Dilution
Oil Extractor is ready for use. No dilution is necessary.
Application
Agitate Oil Extractor by stirring or shaking tightly covered container prior to each use. Pour Oil Extractor undiluted (straight) onto the stain. Brush to completely cover stain. Allow cleaner to dwell for 20 to 30 minutes. Scrub stain with a brush to agitate and further break down the stain. Let Oil Extractor dwell on the substrate for an additional 20 to 30 minutes. Lightly re-apply Oil Extractor during dwell time if surface starts to dry out. Rinse surface thoroughly with pressure washer or garden hose with nozzle. Use of a hot water pressure washer will further break down surface stains. It may be necessary to apply a secondary cleaning and increase dwell times to remove aged, heavier, deep set oil stains. Allow the surface to dry before reapplying. Excessive high pressures can damage substrates.
